Dragon Balls

The Dragon Balls are included in this game and can be used to bring people back after they
  have died.

In order to collect the dragon balls you must accept and go on the dragon ball quest.

All wishes must be reported to me and I will determine if they are fair.  In other words,
  as of right now any wish is understood to be legal so long as it is within the power of
  the Dragon.

Earth's Dragon Balls are not as powerful as the Dragon Balls found on Planet Namek.

You are limited to just one wish on the Earth's Dragon Balls whereas the ones found on
  Namek yeild 3 wishes.  Other power differences can also be found between the two different
  sets of the Dragon Balls.
