Training

Self-Training:

Basically you train yourself. You automatically gain 3 to your power level per 2 hours when
training by yourself. If you train in the train area then you can gain more than just 3 to
your power level per 2 hours. When training like this you basically type in techniques that
you know and make them interesting like things blowing up when you use the technique. Remember
everyone starts off with a simple punch and a kick so those can be used until you learn better
techniques for training.

Sparring:

This is where you get to spar with a partner of your chosing and this method allows you to gain
experience at a faster rate. The higher the power level of the person that you are sparing
with the more power level gain you will recieve.

Gravitron:

This is a machine in which the gravity can be adjusted and therefore increasing one's power
level gain from training in this room. The minimium power level for training in the room is
140 000. However, in order to train at higher amounts of gravity you must first train at a
lower gravity level and then work your way up. There are exceptions such as having a power
level that is very exceptional already. This is the only way you maybe be able to start on a
training level other than the lowest. Also if you were born on another planet with higher
amounts of gravity you do not have to start on the lowest setting either.

Training w/ masters:

This method helps you raise your power level fast as well as probably learning a new technique
or how to use an old one better. Your power level gains vary and are dependent upon what you
are training with the master.
